These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the sloph platform, including all casino games, sports betting, payment services, and promotional offers available at sloph.co.
Before You Read
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the sloph platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "You") and sloph ("sloph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the website located at sloph.co and all associated services, games, promotions, and features. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on sloph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing a wager on sloph, you irrevocably accept these Terms, together with the sloph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting sloph's customer support team.
In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:
sloph reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion without obligation to state a reason, subject to returning any remaining verified funds owed to the Player.
To register an Account on sloph, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number (with +63 country code), and a valid email address. You may not use false, fictitious, or third-party information during registration.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on sloph at any time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, sloph reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all winnings, and retain any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. sloph will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel. You must notify sloph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
sloph is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable AML law to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. Accepted Philippine government-issued identity documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, PhilSys National ID, and Postal ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.
sloph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via payment barcode), and Cebuana Lhuillier. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). sloph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions, and ₱200 for 7-Eleven and Cebuana channels, and ₱500 for bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change and will be reflected in the Platform's deposit interface at the time of the transaction.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your sloph Wallet originate from legitimate sources and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
sloph may apply deposit limits to individual Accounts in compliance with PAGCOR regulations or responsible gaming policies. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits via their Account settings. Voluntary limits cannot be increased within a 30-day cooling-off period following any reduction.
Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC identity verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit, unless verified under alternative arrangements approved by sloph's compliance team.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours for standard-tier Players. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or when additional security checks are required. sloph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
sloph reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal for a period not exceeding 72 hours for the purpose of AML review, security checks, or verification of wagering requirement compliance. Players will be notified of any hold placed on their withdrawal request.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
sloph reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: exploitation of wagering requirement gaps, coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and use of automated software to claim promotional offers.
Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits concurrent bonuses. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus is pending will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus and its associated wagering progress.
All games available on sloph are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
sloph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are independent of prior outcomes. sloph does not manipulate game outcomes and publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) information for all game categories.
In the event of a game malfunction or technical error resulting in an incorrect game outcome or payout, sloph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the Player's Wallet. sloph is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a game malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or slot session, sloph's servers will complete the game round as per its standard outcome logic. Where a disconnection prevents a fair outcome determination, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. sloph is not responsible for disconnections caused by the Player's internet service, device, or network provider.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on sloph. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances, recovery of winnings, and referral to law enforcement:

sloph cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs and will enforce exclusion requests received from PAGCOR or other recognized responsible gaming authorities. Players seeking professional assistance with problem gambling are encouraged to contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources.
sloph reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict an Account pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; AML compliance concern; or receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's financial institution. During suspension, the Player's Wallet balance will be preserved unless forfeiture is subsequently determined to be appropriate following investigation.
Upon confirmed breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct set out in Section 9, sloph may permanently close a Player's Account, void all pending bets and Bonus Fund balances, and — depending on the severity of the breach — forfeit the Player's verified Real Money balance in partial or full offset of losses or damages caused to sloph or other Players.
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting sloph's customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirement obligations must be settled, and the Player's Wallet balance will be returned to their verified payment method after standard withdrawal processing. Voluntary closure takes effect within 5 business days of the request.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sloph's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises.
sloph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from use of the Platform, regardless of whether sloph had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
sloph does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. sloph is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.
All content on the sloph Platform — including but not limited to the sloph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive property of sloph or its licensed content partners (including JILI Games and other game providers) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any sloph content. Unauthorized use of sloph intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or unfair competition law.
sloph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at sloph.co/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
sloph processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and any implementing regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. sloph will not sell, transfer, or disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties except as required by applicable law, regulatory mandate, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
In the event of a dispute arising from gameplay, a transaction, a promotional claim, or any other Platform-related matter, Players should first contact sloph's customer support team via the in-platform live chat function or by email at [email protected]. sloph will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with sloph's customer support, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Any dispute that remains unresolved following PAGCOR's process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
sloph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation) may take effect immediately without advance notice.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact sloph to close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
sloph operates under and in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
